Subject: Thank you for your help !

Mr. Huy,

On the 14th of april, my wife's handcase with passport, cellphone and so many other things, was stolen in hotel Bong Seng in Saigon. As you know, to have the passport was not a problem (via consulate of Belgium) but to have the visum was another problem. Thanks to you, we have the visum in one day.

It is my duty, now that we are back at home here in Belgium, to say thank you for what you have done in those difficult days after these theft. Your service to do something like that was marvelous. Nobody thought that we could have this passport after 2 days our next hotel.
