Subject: from The Sapersteins!

 

We are sending an abundant thank you from our family for such a well organized, terrific trip!!  Vietnam is beautiful, exotic, filled with immense history and culture so different from ours;  and, it was truly a culinary dream for us all, as well.  We loved going from north to south, Hanoi down to Ho Chi Minh City, the flexibility in the schedule that you provided, and each of the guides that met us were superb.  Our touring guides, Nam, Su, Dinh and Luc and Lee were the most welcoming, informative, and helpful.  Of course, as you probably have heard, we have a very special relationship with Su and Luc!! The bike guides were especially protective, especially when crossing those huge, chaotic, crazy streets of Hanoi; and I felt especially supported while biking over the Old Bridge along with hundreds of scooters inches away!    

The hotels were beautiful and accommodating, and seemed very well located for our activities, especially the Dalat Palace, one of our now favorite cities in the world!  Everything was at the accomodation level  that we requested from you.

All in all, I could go on an on about specifics, but the 12 hour time change is now showing its effects.
